MEGAPUFF Set-Up

When your MEGAPUFF arrives, the battery will be approximately 50% charged. For the best experience, we recommend fully charging it with the included USB-C cable before first use. Rapid charge it until all blue indicator lights are steady, ensuring your Solight is fully powered and ready for optimal performance.

Once you begin using the MEGAPUFF, you can recharge it by placing it in direct sunlight for 8-10 hours with the solar panel facing the sun. Whether expanded into a cube or collapsed into a square, make sure the power is turned off for the most effective charging. If the battery is running low, it usually takes about 10 hours to reach a full charge. Charging through a window on a cloudy day may reduce the efficiency by up to 30%. While direct sunlight provides the best results, the solar panel will also charge indoors through a window.
